About Our Products
SafeOps Studio sells digital documentation tools — fillable forms, templates, trackers, and guides — designed to help contractors and small business owners implement stronger documentation and payment protection practices. Products are delivered as membership access to the SafeOps Contractor Portal, or as digital downloads. No physical products are shipped.

Our materials are provided for educational and operational purposes only. They are designed to support standardized documentation practices based on general industry guidelines. SafeOps Studio does not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. No Guarantee of Outcomes
While our tools are structured using industry-aligned practices, we cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcome — including but not limited to the results of payment disputes, chargebacks, claims, or collection efforts. Banks, payment processors, and courts retain full discretion over their decisions.
License & Permitted Use
When you purchase a SafeOps Studio product, you receive a license for use by a single business. You may:
Use, complete, and print the materials for your own business operations
Store copies for your own records
You may not:
Reproduce, resell, distribute, or share the materials with other businesses or individuals
Use the materials to create competing products
Remove SafeOps Studio branding from the templates
Payment & Delivery
All purchases are processed securely through our payment providers. Membership access to the SafeOps Contractor Portal is granted immediately or shortly after purchase; certain products, such as the Project & Payment Tracker — Pro, are delivered as a direct file download within the Portal. Limitation of Liability
By purchasing or using SafeOps Studio products, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their use.
SafeOps Studio's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the products — including but not limited to errors, omissions, outdated information, or disputes arising from a document generated using the products — is limited to the total amount you paid to SafeOps Studio, or $50, whichever is greater. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory of the claim (contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise), to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
SafeOps Studio, its creator, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages — including but not limited to chargebacks, lost revenue, lost business, account restrictions, legal claims, or damages arising from a third party's reliance on a document generated using our materials.
You are solely responsible for reviewing any generated document for accuracy and suitability for your specific situation, and for verifying compliance with applicable state and local law before use. If you are uncertain whether a document meets your needs, consult a licensed attorney in your state.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website and in our products — including text, designs, templates, and branding — is the property of SafeOps Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
