Data Entered Into Portal Forms
The SafeOps Contractor Portal includes fillable forms that our customers (contractors and business owners) use to collect information from their own clients — for example, a client's name, contact details, signature, and, in the case of the Chargeback & Fraud Defense System, limited identity or payment authorization details such as the last 4 digits of an ID or card number.
This information is entered and processed entirely within the customer's own web browser. SafeOps Studio's servers do not receive, transmit, or store this information — the completed PDF is generated locally on the customer's device and delivered directly from their device to their client (for example, by text or email). SafeOps Studio has no access to this data and is not a party to that exchange.
Our customers are responsible for how they collect, use, and share information through the Portal's forms with their own clients, in accordance with applicable law.
Information Sharing
SafeOps Studio does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We may share information when required by law or when necessary to protect our legal rights.
Third-Party Services
We use trusted third-party services to operate our business:
Squarespace — website hosting, checkout, and member access
Payment processors including Squarespace Payments, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, and Google Pay
MailerLite — email delivery and marketing
Payment information is processed directly by these providers — SafeOps Studio never sees or stores your full card details. These providers collect and handle information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
