30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@safeopsstudio.com within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your money — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 30 Days
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase are handled case by case. We're reasonable people — if something is genuinely wrong, reach out and we'll work with you:
Access or file issues? If you can't log in, a download won't open, or a file arrives corrupted, contact us any time and we will fix it — including resetting your access or helping you get set up on your device.
Duplicate purchase? Contact us with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate charge, whenever you notice it.
