Delivery
All SafeOps Studio products are digital downloads. After your purchase is completed:
You will receive your product by email and/or download link, typically within minutes
No physical product will be shipped
Products can be downloaded and used on your phone, tablet, or computer
If you do not receive your product within one hour of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder first, then contact us at support@safeopsstudio.com and we will make sure you get your files.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind every product we sell. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us at support@safeopsstudio.com within 7 days of purchase and we will refund your money — no questions asked.
To request a refund, email us with your order number and the email address used at checkout. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
After 7 Days
Refund requests made more than 7 days after purchase are handled case by case. We're reasonable people — if something is genuinely wrong, reach out and we'll work with you:
Download or file issues? If your files won't open or arrive corrupted, contact us any time and we will fix it — including re-sending files or helping you get set up on your device.
Duplicate purchase? Contact us with both order numbers and we will refund the duplicate charge, whenever you notice it.
